Meal Plan — Week of 1/22

Good morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine ended pretty nicely with a birthday party for my sister and a win for the Patriots! I purposely didn’t plan anything for yesterday as I knew I’d be at the party.

Here’s my plan for the week:

M: Skinnytaste zoodles and meatballs

T: paleOMG pizza spaghetti pie (using turkey sausage instead of pork and may add some shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni)

W: Leftovers

TH: Cooking Light mongolian beef and vegetables

F: Leftovers

S: Leftovers or out to dinner


Breakfasts will be oats or egg sandwiches and snacks will be fruit, veggies and maybe some cheese


Shopping list:


Snow peas


Spaghetti squash

Turkey sausage

Flank steak

Shredded mozzarella

Coconut milk (for oats)
