Weekly Workouts — 7/31 – 8/6 and 8/7 – 8/13

Good morning! I know I skipped my workout recap last week, so I’ll share the last two week’s workouts today.


7/31 – 8/6 (not a great week!)

Sunday: Eight mile run

Monday: Rode the bike trainer at my friend’s new ride studio

Tuesday: 30 minute walk

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: 21 day upper fix

Friday: Supposed to have run 10 miles. I started at 6 AM and I just couldn’t get into it. Ended with 3.5 miles.

Saturday: Rest day (volunteered all weekend)


8/7 – 8/13

Sunday: Rest day (still volunteering)

Monday: Walked two miles

Tuesday: 21 day upper fix

Wednesday: 30 minute run

Thursday: 60 minute spin class and 40 minute walk

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 21 day upper fix

Even though I had rest days on Saturday and Sunday due to volunteering, I was able to get up for walks and I used the stairs as often as possible. I still hit, and exceeded my move goal each day, but not so sure that canceled out some of the treats I ate! I am hopeful next week will be a better week of workouts.
