Peanut Butter Jelly Time Smoothie

Hi!  How’s your Thursday?  I know I have been MIA all week, but hope to be back to posting regularly soon.  In the meantime, I’m popping in to share a quick and easy recipe.  I was craving a smoothie during spin class this morning, so as soon as I got home, I whipped up this delicious blend of peanut butter and fresh (frozen?) fruit.

Peanut Butter Jelly Time Smoothie

Serves: 1

1 – 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 – 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

2 T peanut butter


Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well to combine.
